That's why ETHERMA's eWARRANTY offers the option of extending the warranty to up to 30 years in addition to the statutory warranty - depending on the product and subject to compliance with the extended warranty conditions.

During the warranty period, ETHERMA supplies a new, comparable product or repairs the existing product if the warranty is claimed due to a fault in the design, materials or manufacture.

Register your product within 6 months of purchase with the required receipts. (Invoice date is decisive)

RECEIVE eWARRANTY CERTIFICATE

Once we have successfully checked your documents, you will receive a warranty certificate by email within 5 working days.

ENJOY THE ETHERMA WARRANTY

Keep the certificate for the duration of the warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, the certificate must be submitted.

Application for warranty extension

The following documents must be submitted for:

  • Heating mats: Completed ETHERMA measurement protocol signed by an authorized specialist, photo of the floor/surface material with recognizable installation location, proof of purchase of the product (invoice with invoice header, invoice date & invoice number)

  • Infrared heating panels without plugs and thermostats: Installation invoice from the authorized specialist and the proof of purchase of the product (invoice with invoice header, invoice date & invoice number)

  • Infrared heating panels with plug: Proof of purchase of the product (invoice with invoice header, invoice date & invoice number)
