Requirements for your desired motif How to make your LAVA® DYL perfect
To ensure that your individually printed infrared heater is not only functional, but also a real visual highlight, the selected image must meet certain technical requirements. This is the only way to guarantee brilliant colors, razor-sharp contours and a high-quality print result.
Minimum requirements for image size and resolution
The required image size depends on the desired heating panel model. As a rule of thumb, the image file must have a resolution of 300 dpi and at least the following dimensions in pixels: Requirements
Important: These values represent the minimum requirement. The higher the quality and size of the original image, the better the print result.
How to check your image resolution:

Open the folder with the desired image on your computer.

Right-click on the file and select "Properties".
Under the "Details" tab (possibly "Advanced") you will find the information on the image size (pixels) and resolution (dpi).
Tips for the perfect result:

Do not use screenshots, images forwarded via WhatsApp or web images - these usually have too low a resolution.

Original photos from digital cameras or professional graphics files (e.g. .jpg, .png, .tif, .pdf) are ideal.

Ensure good exposure and clear motifs - images that are too dark or blurred will look dull later on.

PLEASE NOTE: We check the image quality and inform you if the
image is printable.
FALSE RULES: Images should have at least 5 MB (at 300
dpi) or more, otherwise the quality of the print will be reduced too
much.
If your image does not have the correct format for the shape of the LAVA®, send us
your file with at least 5 MB at 300 dpi to marketing(kwfat)etherma(kwfdot)com and we will place
your image on the infrared heater.
