INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS. Safe and warm

Stainless steel finned tube radiators for industry, agriculture & and outdoor areas

Safety is paramount in all production areas - this is achieved on the one hand through compliance with trouble-free production processes, and on the other hand through ensuring workplace safety for employees - as well as their comfort.

CREATE WARMTH AREAS.

Particularly in industrial premises, it is often not possible to heat an entire area - zone heating with infrared- and radiant heat systems from ETHERMA, which distribute comfortable warmth and only heat the areas which need it, provide an efficient and economical solution.

Typical areas of application at a glance

Finned tube radiators are often used in technically demanding or unheated parts of buildings. These include, among others:

  • Horticulture & greenhouses: protection from frost, promotion of plant growth

Pumping stations & technical rooms: Ensuring frost-free operating conditions

Construction containers & warehouses: Temporary heating on construction sites

Animal stables & agriculture: Robust heat source in damp stables

Basements & ancillary rooms in the private sector: Heating without complex installation

Switch cabinets & machine rooms: Local heating of sensitive devices

Thanks to protection class IP66/67, these radiators are also suitable for outdoor areas or areas at risk of splashing water - e.g. open halls, washing areas or unprotected storage zones.

Advantages over classic radiators

  • Robust construction: Insensitive to dust, water & mechanical influences

Simple installation: floor or wall mounting possible, even retrospectively

Efficient heat dissipation: Large surface area thanks to ribbed structure

Durable material: Stainless steel (1.4512) for industrial requirements

High flexibility: Use in temporary, mobile or stationary areas

Environmentally friendly: Electrically powered - ideal for PV use and CO₂-free heat

FINNED PIPE RADIATORS MADE FROM STAINLESS STEEL

ETHERMA finned pipe radiators are used in industrial settings (even in EX areas) and retail trade to protect sensitive equipment from frost and humidity, such as in greenhouses, crane operator's cabs, construction vehicles, and pumping stations. For protecting sensitive equipment from frost and as heating in harsh operating conditions. Optimal heat output thanks to large fin surface area. The integrated technical ceramic heating unit ensures good heat distribution.

  • Robust, dust and water-proof

  • Corrosion resistance - high-grade stainless steel

  • ET-RDA steplessly adjustable

  • Good heat distribution

  • Wall and ceiling installation
